Shared views are read-only. Recipients cannot modify your roadmap.

  2. See all active share links for this workspace
  3. Each link shows its format and creation date
  1. Find the link in the Share menu
  2. Click Disable or the trash icon
  3. The link immediately stops working
Disabling a link cannot be undone. You’ll need to create a new link if you want to share again.

Live Updates

Share links show current data:
  • Changes you make appear for link viewers
  • No need to regenerate links after updates
  • Data refreshes when recipients reload

Filters & Configuration

The share link captures:
  • Current filter settings
  • Grouping configuration
  • View type (Timeline or List)
Create different share links for different audiences by applying specific filters before sharing.

Security Considerations

  • Share links provide read-only access
  • Anyone with the link can view the roadmap
  • Links do not expire by default
  • Disable links when no longer needed

Best Practices

Let stakeholders know when significant changes are made so they can refresh.
