- Create persistent links that stay updated
Creating a Share Link

- Items displayed on the timeline
- Grouping by product area or priority

List View

Shared views are read-only. Recipients cannot modify your roadmap.
Managing Share Links
View Active Links
- Open the Share menu
- See all active share links for this workspace
- Each link shows its format and creation date
Disable a Link
- Find the link in the Share menu
- Click Disable or the trash icon
- The link immediately stops working
Link Behavior
Live Updates
Share links show current data:- Changes you make appear for link viewers
- No need to regenerate links after updates
- Data refreshes when recipients reload

The share link captures:- Current filter settings
- Grouping configuration
- View type (Timeline or List)
Security Considerations
- Share links provide read-only access
- Anyone with the link can view the roadmap
- Links do not expire by default
