Linking Items to Goals
Connect roadmap items to show what work contributes to each goal:From Item Details
- Open an item’s detail panel
- Click the Goal dropdown
- Select a goal
Bulk Linking
- Select multiple items
- Click Edit Selected
- Set the goal for all selected items

Viewing Goals
Strategy View
The Strategy View provides a dedicated interface for managing goals:
- View all priorities and their goals
- See linked items for each goal
- Track progress at a glance
Timeline Grouping
Group the Timeline View by Goal:- Click the Group by selector
- Choose Goal
- Items appear in goal-based swimlanes
Tracking Progress
Monitor goal progress through:Item Completion
- View how many linked items are completed
- See percentage of work done
Timeline Coverage
- Visualize when goal-related work is scheduled
- Identify gaps or overloaded periods

Managing Goals
Editing
- Open Strategy settings
- Click on a goal
- Update properties
- Save changes
Moving Between Priorities
- Open the goal
- Change the Strategic Priority dropdown
- Goal moves to the new priority
Archiving
When a goal is complete or no longer relevant:- Open the goal
- Click Archive
- Goal is hidden but preserved for reference
