Overview
Workspaces are isolated environments for your roadmaps. Each workspace contains its own items, products, strategic priorities, and settings.
When to Create Workspaces
Create separate workspaces for:| Use Case | Example |

| Different teams | ”Engineering”, “Design”, “Marketing” |
| Different clients | Agency managing multiple client roadmaps |
| Different environments | ”Production”, “Planning”, “Archive” |
Creating a Workspace

Workspace Settings
Configure your workspace:| Setting | Description |

| Name | Display name for the workspace |
| Description | Brief description of the workspace purpose |
| Default View | Which view opens when entering the workspace |
Accessing Settings
- Click the gear icon in the sidebar
- Select Workspace Settings
- Modify and save changes
Workspace Contents
Each workspace has its own:- Items: Initiatives, Epics, Stories, Tasks, Bugs
- Products & Product Areas: Organizational structure
- Strategic Priorities & Goals: Strategy alignment
- Saved Views: Filter configurations
- Settings: Workspace-specific configuration
Data does not automatically share between workspaces. Each workspace is independent.

Deleting a Workspace
To delete a workspace:- Go to Workspace Settings
- Scroll to Danger Zone
- Click Delete Workspace
- Confirm by typing the workspace name
