Organizations represent your company or team in Wey. Organization settings apply across all workspaces and control team membership, billing, and global preferences.

Accessing Organization Settings

  1. Click your profile avatar or organization name
  2. Select Organization Settings
  3. Navigate between settings tabs

General Settings

Configure basic organization information:

Member Management

Control who has access to your organization:

Inviting Members

Go to Members

Navigate to Organization Settings > Members.

Click Invite

Click the Invite Member button.

Enter Email

Provide the email address of the person to invite.

Send Invite

The invitation is sent via email.

Member Roles

OwnerFull access, can manage organization and billing
AdminManage workspaces and members
MemberAccess to assigned workspaces

Removing Members

  1. Go to Organization Settings > Members
  2. Find the member in the list
  3. Click Remove and confirm
Removed members immediately lose access to all workspaces.

Security Settings

Configure authentication and security:
  • Single Sign-On (SSO): Connect your identity provider
  • Two-Factor Authentication: Require 2FA for all members
  • Session Management: Control session duration
Some security features may require a higher plan tier.

Best Practices

Periodically audit member access and remove inactive users.
Name workspaces clearly so members can find what they need.
Assign appropriate roles to maintain security and accountability.
