Overview

Saved Views allow you to preserve your filter configurations and quickly switch between different perspectives of your roadmap.
Saved Views

What is a Saved View?

A saved view captures:
  • Current filter settings
  • Grouping configuration
  • View type (Timeline, List, Kanban, Hierarchy)
This allows you to create custom views like:
  • “Q1 Initiatives” - Initiatives filtered to Q1 date range
  • “My Team’s Work” - Items in specific product areas
  • “Priority: Growth” - Only items aligned to Growth priority

Set up shared views for common team workflows and reviews.
Only set a default view if the team always needs to start with specific filters.
