Strategic Priorities represent your organization’s key focus areas. By linking roadmap items to priorities, you can demonstrate how work contributes to your product strategy.
What Are Strategic Priorities?
Strategic priorities are high-level themes or objectives that guide your product direction:| Example Priorities | Description |

Creating Strategic Priorities

Priority Properties

Linking Items to Priorities
From Item Details
- Open an item’s detail panel
- Click the Priority dropdown
- Select a strategic priority
Via Bulk Edit
- Select multiple items
- Click Edit Selected
- Set the priority for all selected items

- Click the Group by selector
- Choose Strategic Priority
- Items appear in priority-based swimlanes

- Items are grouped under priority headers

- Open Strategy settings
- Click on a priority
- Update name, description, or color
- Save changes
Reordering
Drag and drop priorities to change their display order.Archiving
When a priority is no longer active:- Open the priority
- Click Archive
- Archived priorities are hidden but preserved for historical reference
Items linked to archived priorities retain their association—you can view them using filters.
