Duplicating Items

Create a copy of an existing item:
  1. Right-click on the item
  2. Select Duplicate
  3. A copy is created with “(Copy)” appended to the name
Duplicating an item does not copy its children. Only the selected item is duplicated.

Deleting Items

Remove items you no longer need:

Single Item

  1. Right-click on the item
  2. Select Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion

Multiple Items

  1. Select multiple items
  2. Press Delete or click Delete Selected
  3. Confirm the deletion
Deleting a parent item will orphan its children (they become top-level items). To delete the entire hierarchy, delete children first or select all items to delete.

Undo/Redo

Made a mistake? Use undo to revert changes:
  • Undo: Cmd + Z (Mac) or Ctrl + Z (Windows)
  • Redo: Cmd + Shift + Z (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + Z (Windows)

Change History

Track changes made to items:
  1. Open the item detail panel
  2. Click the History tab
  3. View a log of all changes with timestamps

Best Practices

Regularly review and update item dates and statuses to maintain an accurate roadmap.
Add detailed descriptions to items for context, especially for initiatives and epics.
Check for children and dependencies before deleting items to avoid unintended data loss.
