3. Eligibility

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account security
  • All activity under your account
  • Keeping credentials confidential

We are not liable for unauthorised access caused by your actions.


5. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans

We offer:

  • Paid subscriptions

Billing

  • Monthly or annual billing
  • Automatic renewal
  • Payment by credit card

Payments are processed by third parties.

We do not store card details.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

Access continues until the end of the billing period.

Refunds

No refunds are provided.


6. Free Plans and Trials

Free plans may include feature limitations.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free offerings.


7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Break applicable laws
  • Infringe intellectual property
  • Upload malicious content
  • Interfere with the Service
  • Abuse infrastructure

8. User Content

You retain ownership of your content.

By using the Service, you grant us a licence to:

  • Display
  • Transmit

your content solely to operate the platform.


9. API and Integrations

We may provide APIs and integrations.

Use is subject to fair usage limits and technical restrictions.

We may suspend access if abused.


10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Legal violations
  • Court orders
  • Regulatory requirements

We will not terminate without lawful justification.


11. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur.

No Service Level Agreement (SLA) is provided.


12. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, and design remain our property.

You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.


13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of data
  • Business interruption
  • Indirect damages

Our total liability is limited to: six (6) months of fees paid by you.


14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from:

  • Your misuse
  • Your content
  • Legal violations

15. Support

We provide:

  • Email
  • Chat
  • Phone support

Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week

Support levels may vary by plan.


16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.


17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
